About
I co-create with Stakeholders, working for end-to-end leading a team. I work holistically from Marketing. Brand and Technical Product Development and Design using Human-Centred Design and User Experience principles to create an award-winning design experience. I have global experience in California and Brazil working with Global leaders like eBay, CNET, Cisco and more recently in Australia for the NRLs’ new digital properties.
I have a diverse background that enables me to think differently; I’ve founded companies, worked for award-winning agencies and innovative start-ups and global brands. I can work both on micro-level crafting the smallest details in a Design Language, to then large macro, holistic thinking to define a Design System.
I recently won a design award for the most innovative app at the Smarties and was a finalist for Australia NZ Dentsu Brainbox shark tank pitch for $100k development fund.
Paddler profile
Originally starting his paddling season at East Sydney in 2004 he then picked it up again when living overseas in California, competing at the USA Nationals in Catalina. Moving to Brazil in 2013 he found the sport booming, he made the top National team and competed in World Sprints 2016 and competed in all the major competitions. More recently moving back to Australia he made the National Masters team gaining a top 5 finish. He paddles for Northern Beaches NSW who came 1st in Nationals 2019.
Nick also runs an AirBNB Experiences company doing paddle tours in Manly, called Bower Boys, taking people from all over the world on paddling tours.
